Musicians I Adore: Ed Sheeran

So, now it’s time for a more cheerful post than my last one. Those who know me are already aware of my undying Ed Sheeran love. If you haven’t heard of him, you should check him out! He’s amazing. I’ve seen him live three times in three different states and will go again at the next available opportunity. I have so much love for him and his music. MJ O’Shea introduced me to his stuff and I have since passed the Ed love onto others, and hopefully, this post might spread a little more Ed adoration. ♥

These are my favorite Ed songs, in no particular order.

First, “Give Me Love,” which is actually my all time favorite of his, to the point where I have its title tattooed on my ankle along with Ed’s tiger print and a Lego head, which represents both him and my son.

This last one is one of his older ones, and you can tell. It’s a lot rawer and his voice is younger and less polished. That being said, it’s one of my favorites because it reminds me of my cousin who passed away a few years ago and I can’t help but love it, even if it usually makes me cry.

About Piper Vaughn

Piper Vaughn wrote her first love story at eleven and never looked back. Since then, she’s known that writing in some form was exactly what she wanted to do. A reader at the core, Piper loves nothing more than getting lost in a great book—fantasy, young adult, romance, sci-fi, she loves them all! As a bisexual and Latinx person, Piper takes great pride in her heritage. She grew up in an ethnically diverse neighborhood and strives to put faces and characters of every ethnicity in her stories, so her fictional worlds are as colorful as the real one. Above all, she believes that everyone needs a little true love in their life … even if it’s only in a book.
